I had an MRI at this facility. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! When I walked in, Stephanie, Giovana, and Jessica were very helpful and friendly. I reported that the elevator was not functioning, and Giovana immediately got on the phone to report it. I was taken in EARLY for my test and treated with great kindness and professionalism by Diane and Diego. They were very helpful to me as I am somewhat “lame” with this injury we are investigating! I was never hurried and there was always a helping hand there for me. I am an RN and so know how patients should be treated. I also understand the many things that get in the way of that goal. Everyone at the Bonita Springs branch of this facility are top notch!!
