- If you have questions regarding your scan or how to prepare for your appointment, you can find the information here.
- After your appointment was scheduled, ProScan Imaging contacted your insurance provider and verified your coverage and associated costs. Patient financial responsibility (copay or deductible) is due at the time of your test.
- If you are choosing the self-pay option, please verify pricing and bring payment with you to your appointment.
- If you received a text or email confirming your appointment time, please select the link to fill out any patient paperwork online prior to your appointment.
- If your scan requires fasting or will include contrast dye, please follow the instructions provided when you scheduled your appointment.
