I had such a great experience at ProScan in North Naples. Scheduling was easy and they were very nice on the phone. The location is beautiful and clean and the people at reception were very pleasant. I was taken right on time and then the technicians were sweet as well. I love that they give you scrubs to wear rather than an awkward gown. I was very comfortable. For the MRI they offered me a blanket and headphones for music and I was very happy for both of those things. The technician checked on me by voice a few times throughout the scan. They really go above and beyond to make you comfortable.
I don’t have insurance and their self-pay fee was very reasonable.

Everyone here is always very friendly and helpful. I have had to have several MRIs since my car accident earlier this year, and I have always been able to schedule without any wait. The staff has worked hard to help me get everything billed correctly, and the front office staff has been very helpful at filling out all of the crazy insurance paperwork. Had a great experience here at ProScan. It was quick and the staff were great. Both the front desk and the MRI tech, Steve, were professional and easy to work with. It’s a nice open MRI as well which I’ve never experienced. During your MRI Steve let me know what to expect and how long it would take. You leave with your scans so you can share with your other healthcare professionals as well. Highly recommend them should you require an MRI.

I want to give a gigantic shout out to Brenda. She was very kind, thoughtful and exuding confidence in the procedure that was to be performed. I am claustrophobic and had previously gone to a hospital to have my MRI but had to walk out. The hospital did not do a good job of explaining the procedure and seemed in a hurry. At Proscan Polaris, I was assured that we would get through this and it was hard to believe that at no time did I feel things closing in. Use the towel over the eyes. Thanks again to your team and especially Brenda.

The lady who did my breast MRI on Wed, July 13 at Polaris did such a great job. She explained everything to me, sometimes having to more than once. She made me feel comfortable by giving me pillows & asking if I was ok. I’ve had several MRI’s, but this one was the longest I’ve ever had. Plus I’d never had an IV in the middle of one before. She made all of it so much better!
