HOW TO ACCESS YOUR RADIOLOGY REPORT AND IMAGES ONLINE

Send an email with the subject “Radiology Request” to eg@proscan.com with the following information:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Type of Scan
• Date of Service

After we receive your email, we will email you these instructions to access your results:

1. Click the link to open ProScan Online. (NOTE: THIS LINK IS VALID FOR 60 DAYS.)
2. Use the temporary password to access your account. If you already have a ProScan Account, enter your email and password. Click “Forgot Password” if you do not know it.
3. Click “Shared Studies” on the left side.
4. Click “View” on the right side.
5. Click “Download PDF” to save your report to your computer or a flash drive.
6. View your images by clicking “Open Studies in PACs” on the right side in blue.
